Tailgate Party at FUMC
Sat. September 11, 3 - 5:00 p.m

I hope you'll join me and the FUMC family on Saturday, September 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. for our kickoff to 40 Days of Purpose.  Life groups will be starting up during the week of September 19, but the kickoff event is a time for us to come together and  fellowship . . . to dunk Pastor Steve in the dunk tank . . . to share some food together . . . to dunk Pastor Steve . . . to begin our journey together exploring the question "Why am I here on this earth?" . . . to dry Pastor Steve off, then dunk him again.  We're gonna have some fun, and I invite you to be a part of it.

Following our kickoff event, we'll have worship at 5 p.m. in the main sanctuary -- a change from our usual Saturday evening Hale Chapel venue. So, bring your family, bring your friends, bring your spiritual curiosity and, for goodness sake, bring someone who can throw a baseball!
