Yoga Class

Improving flexibility, posture and balance increases oxygen to the brain, aiding brain function. It assists with weight loss and maintenance. Yoga helps to ease anxiety and increase enthusiasm while supporting a positive self image inside and out. Contact Jennifer for times and dates. Yoga classes are Mondays at 8:00 a.m., 6:30 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. We also offer a chair yoga class on Mondays at 10:30 a.m. Contact the church office or Jennifer Rokusek for more information.
